OUR STORY

God is Able preparatory School was an initial idea birthed by Madam Mary Divine Amemo who hail from the Volta region of Ghana, precisely Hatorgodo. The idea ignited as a result of people referring to her as a teacher whiles working as a telephonist at the Electricity Cooperation of Ghana, Nkawkaw branch. Her love for children was so lovely that, people thought her best profession was to be a teacher and not a telephonist.

The idea of establishing a school finally started on the 1st of April 1996, with a two wooden structure classrooms with ten children. It started with a day care and gradually grew up to be a basic school, and further to a Junior High School.

The first Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E.), was written in the year 2007, by the grace of God the candidates performed marvellously and we had 100% pass with many 06 aggregate. The school has since performed very well throughout the years and has emerged first in the Kwahu West District twice and second in many occasions, for example, quizzes, sports, match past, football matches competitions and so on. The first batches of students have finished their university education and are currently doing their National Service.

include Early Child Development, Crèche, Basic Education (Primary and Junior High School).

Serene environment conducive for teaching and learning. Twenty-four hour CCTV surveillance. Multicultural environment.

ACADEMIC FACILITIES:

modern classrooms. Highly furnished computer laboratory. Creative Arts and Music Studio.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT:

Entrepreneur and leadership training. Discipline attitudes are developed fully in collaboration with parents. Exchange programs on the way coming. Europe, Asia and America.

SPORTING FACILITIES:

Basketball court, fully grassed football pitch.  Draft, Oware, Skipping ropes and other playing equipments are available.

BOARDING FACILITIES:

largely spaced out dormitories. Varied menu options available to suit dietary needs. You eat till you are satisfied.
